As we write this in mid-November, 2017, we have just returned from the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) Asian conference, co-sponsored by AHRD-India, in Ahmedabad, India. We were approaching the end of the Diwali celebration, a Hindu festival commemorating the victory of good over evil through enlightenment.
