Leadership Quiz

Leadership starts with ‘U’ but it’s not about ‘U.’ Leading is all about inspiring others to believe what is possible, and then enabling that belief to become reality. This is especially relevant during times of change when employees need guidance to accelerate through the phases and range of emotions experienced during the turbulence. Leaders can draw upon a range of approaches and process steps to address change, depending on the specific challenge/situation. Some leaders tend to focus on some approaches more than others.

Take this short quiz to see which approach(es) you tend to use most often when addressing leadership challenges. Note that there are no wrong answers.
